Human Resources promotion internal billposting 

“We do a lot for everyone, but nobody realizes it: we want to make ourselves known.”.

Cariparma&Piacenza’s internal resources department had two major problems. First of all, it felt its work was undervalued and not recognized by the network. As a direct consequence, the training courses were also not known or fully exploited.

In response, we designed several series of internal billboards for the national network’s offices and sales outlets. Finally, a copywriting action focused on house organs strongly helped to make known the value of the human resources and training opportunities on offer.
